Avocado Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

small Avocado-soft and peeled
1
banana
½
cup
yoghurt
Greek or any other natural yoghurt
1
cup
almond/semi skimmed milk
1-2
tbsp
honey or maple syrup
Instructions
In a blender place all the ingredients and puree until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve.
