Swedish Apple Pie

A crustless pie with the texture of an apple crisp, this Swedish Apple Pie is just perfect for the holidays!

- 4 medium granny smith apples peeled and diced
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 3 tsp brown sugar
- ¼ cup whole wheat flour
- ¾ cup plain flour
- 1 cup sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- ¾ cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
In a bowl toss the apples with cinnamon and brown sugar.In another bowl mix egg,butter and vanilla.Mix the flours,sugar,salt and add into the wet ingredients.Add the apples.Mix well.Grease a cast iron pan with some cooking spray.Spread the mixture evenly.Bake on 350 degrees for 40 mins or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
